Refund policy

Full Refunds 
To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your booking with 48 hours notice.  You can cancel your booking yourself, by using the "Cancel" button found in your booking confirmation email. 

Partial Refunds
In the event that 48 hours notice isn't given for a cancellation, a refund of 50% will be given. To cancel a booking within the 48 hour window, please email the team directly hohoho@santaphotosaustralia.com.au

No Shows
No-shows are not eligible for a refund. 

Terms
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hohoho@santaphotosaustralia.com.au
